We are thrilled to share that dynamic teams is generally available in the 1H 2023 release! Dynamic teams provides customers with advanced capabilities to create and manage teams that exist beyond traditional hierarchies. The foundational feature set of dynamic teams to create and manage teams is a part of SAP SuccessFactors platform and included with your cloud subscription*. The set-up of dynamic teams is entirely self-serviceable and can be completed by an admin in less than an hour by enabling in Upgrade Center and using the implementation guide to permission and configure the experience.
Now, let’s move on to the exciting new features coming with the 1H release for dynamic teams. We are pleased to share that dynamic teams data is now integrated with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. By incorporating this data within report stories, leaders will now have greater visibility into the composition and volume of dynamic teams and can more easily track objectives and key results progress across teams throughout an organization. Additionally, team members can now link objectives and key results (OKRs) to their personal performance goals within the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution*. This gives managers improved line of sight into the team contributions of their employees.
Following feedback from our early adopter care program customers, we have enhanced the dynamic teams welcome message to offer tips and best practices for success. In addition, we are also introducing a new quick action on the home page, enabling easier access to dynamic teams functionality.
