Creating a New Compensation Statement Templates:
Compensation Statements allow you to communicate the results of the Compensation Planning process to your employees and/or managers.
There are different types of Statement templates – Personal Compensation Statement templates, Personal Variable pay Statement templates and Combined statement templates.
As per the customer requirements you can use personal or combined statement templates either from the Success Store or by customizing the templates as needed.
Combined Statements: Combining two or more compensation plans and/or variable pay plans results into one combined statement.
You can configure the combined statements from the Success Store or through uploading the customized statements from an Import file.

Adding Signature/Name
How to import the Customized Combined statement templates?
- Navigate to Statement templates, Actions for all –> Manage Statement Templates –> Add/Edit Statement Templates
- Then, Add Template –> From an Import file.
- Give Name and Description for the template and select the Template type as ‘Combined Statement Template’.
- Choose the file to Import (Xml template – customized as per the requirements).
- Click Preview and check for errors if any.
- Import the file.
How to add the Statement templates to Salary plan?
- Compensation home –> Select the Salary plans that you want to generate the statements for –>Go to Complete Compensation cycle.
- Rewards Statements –> Manage Statement templates –> Select Plans (Select the required salary/variable pay plans for the combined statement template from here) –> Select templates (Select the statement template which you have imported)
- You can make the template as default, or you can also assign to required statement group by clicking the select group dropdown.
- Click Save.
How to Create the Statement groups?
Organizations create multiple groups so that they can have different statements for different parts of their organization.
- Actions for all –> Group Assignments –> Manage Compensation groups –> Manage Statement Assignment Groups –> Create New Group
- Give the Group name, include/exclude the people as per the categories available.
- Click finished after updating the required categories, the group will be created.
How to Generate the E-statements?
- Compensation home –> Select the Plan –> Complete Compensation cycle.
- Rewards Statements –> Generate Statement.
You can generate statements by:
- Selecting a Statement template. (Select the required statement template from the dropdown –> Generate)
- Selecting an employee name. (Enter Employee name –> validate & add –> Generate)
- Selecting a list of usernames. (Enter comma-separated list of the usernames –> validate & add –> Generate)
