Best practices:
- Search the community: start by searching for the topic, a lot of times it has already been reported by a peer and is being investigated by the experts.
- Describe the Issue: Please provide a detailed summary of the bug. This will help us understand what exactly happened and under which conditions. The clearer you are, the more quickly we can replicate it, get to the root of the problem, and come up with a fix.
- Steps to Reproduce: Please offer step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug. This will help us replicate the scenario, thus enabling us to promptly identify and correct it.
- Screenshots or Videos: If possible, include any images or screen recordings of the bug in action. Visual depictions can give our developers a much clearer idea of what the issue might be.
- Additional Information: Any extra details pertinent to the bug can also prove exceptionally helpful. For instance, details about the device or system configurations you were using when the error occurred.
