I am reaching out because I’m encountering difficulties with the login authentication process on our platform.
Firstly, when I enter a username and password, I need to verify whether these credentials exist in our database. Secondly, if I manually add entries into the database, I want to ensure that the login system can validate them.
Could you please provide guidance on how to implement these functionalities? Ideally, if the credentials match what’s in the database, I should be directed to another page. Otherwise, I should receive an alert indicating that the input is invalid.
