How can we combine multiple subprocess in visibility scenario

Hi Experts,

I have created Main process and a subprocess in the SAP BPA visibility scenario.

I have combined both with a correlation id and then when i try to execute it, gives me below error. The error is not very informative. So has anyone faces similar issue in past.
