Collaboration Using Build Process Automation

As part of our project, we are developing a workflow using Build Process Automation. In one of the approval steps of the workflow, there will be multiple approvers and they need to collaborate with each other, create common notes and action items and those need to be documented in the workflow. 

What are the options we are having for a common collaboration area using Build Process Automation which will be stored in the wokflow and can be viewed/referenced later?
