Negative cumulative delivery quantity (DlvryCQ) in customer scheduling agreement

– Hello everybody –

Issue: Negative cumulative qty on the first position of all deliveries for that part – even though that SAP actually doesn’t allow to enter negative CumQtyReceived (error message appears).

Question: How are the DlvryCQ calculated? Where is the possible root cause, when there was actually never a negative cumulative qty entered or transmitted by the customer?
