IW23 – Quality notification – DB Table for “Subject” field

Hello,

We are working on SAP ERP 6.0.

We need to locate the database table/s where we could find the “Subject” field for a Quality Notification (transaction IW23).

It is the field marked in red:

We are aware that it contains information regarding the status change, found on tables JCDS and JEST. However we have not been able to find the free text that users write related to the status change.
