Go to Launchpad Designer (t-code: /UI2/FLPD_CUST)
1) Create Fiori Z-catalog
To Create Z catalog
Click on “+”:
Fill in Tile and ID fields and press “Save”:
Copy target mapping from existing catalog (or create manually). To copy select existing catalog and go to “Target Mapping”:
Select Semantic Object and press “Create Reference”:
Select your catalog:
System will show info message:
2) Assign authorization to user to access this Z-catalog:
Go to SAP GUI transaction PFCG. Specify new authorization role name and press single role:
Populate description name field and save the role:
Go to Tab “Menu”, select “Transaction”(insert Node) -> SAP FIORI Tile Catalog:
Select created Z-catalog ID in Catalog ID field:
Press “Continue”:
To add user go to Tab “User”, put user ID:
Save changes:
3) To create KPI go to FIORI APP CREATE KPI
Specify KPI Title:
Scroll down and specify data source (select from list of values):
Press “Activate and Add Evaluation”. System will ask to specify Customizing Request Nr. (select relevant form the list, if there is no one, create in transaction SE01):
Specify Evaluation name:
Scroll down and specify Input Parameters:
Scroll down and specify Filters (select Optional Filters to add more filters):
Specify KPI Goal Type:
Specify Target, Thresholds and Trends (if needed). Press “Activate and Configure Tile”:
System will ask to specify Workbench Request Nr. and Package (select relevant form the list, if there is no one, create in transaction SE01):
Select Tile format:
Make Tile Configuration based on your needs:
Go to Save and Configure Drill-Down:
Select Dimensions and Measure and press “OK”:
Make additional adjustments in necessary and press “OK”:
4) Add created KPI to Fiori Launchpad.
Go to Me Area and select Edit Home Page:
Select “+ Add Group”:
Enter Group name and press “+”:
Search for created catalog and pin KPI to the Fiori Launchpad:
Go back and exit edit mode:
New Catalog and KPI now are available for a user:
