With Joule becoming available in more data centres we can expect more customers to start adopting. But what do you think about these questions:
- Language support is limited to English only; is this an issue?
- There is no fallback option; in case Joule cannot help it will not direct you to a human being or support portal. Is this an issue?
- When a company has multiple SAP cloud products they will have multiple Joule’s. Each joule lives it’s own life. Cross application knowledge can be supported by 3rd party digital assistants, but in SAP each Joule knows about the current system only and cannot provide guidance outside the current box. Is this an issue?
