Accessing files in local network from Private Cloud ABAP

I have to put files in a directory in the local network (windows share) from S/4 Private Cloud ABAP program.

Is it possible to mount the directory at the private cloud server via VPN? Then i could easily use OPEN DATASET in ABAP.

Can I use the Cloud Connector to access the directory? An how would I address the Cloud Connector in ABAP?

Or has anybody a good alternative idea?
