I am sorry for posting this here, but I don’t know where else to post this. So here goes. I am writing this post for two main reasons. This is with regard to the SAP Certification exams held in India.
- Based on my personal experience, I would like to warn all potential SAP certification candidates to be careful when applying for the exam in India. I attended a 4-month course and appeared for the SAP-Certified Associate-Back-end-Developer-ABAP Cloud exam on 30th May 2024. I had also studied using a sample paper after double and cross-checking all the answers from trustworthy sources including the SAP help portal and SAP community. So I was very well-versed in the questions and answers of the sample paper which was the exact same paper set by the SAP certification board. So imagine my shock when I got only 56% in the exam which I was sure to pass with a minimum percentage of 90% or more. When I asked them to show me my answer sheet and how they graded it, there was just deathly silence at their end. Still awaiting their response. Please note that the exam fees are quite expensive for many who just want to get a job or a promotion to take care of their families. I would also like to inform the candidates that the proctors are clueless on how to guide a candidate using IOS.
- The second important reason for posting this is to request whoever is globally responsible for SAP Certifications to please make the whole process transparent and ethical.
