Need your support on processing recommendation data in SAP.
We have a customer who uses a third-party tool for Asset Performance Management (APM). This tool provides recommendation details back to SAP. We need to build an interface to collect this data from the SAP PO-External APM application and bring it into SAP. Once we have received these recommendations, we need to perform the SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workflow within SAP. For this do we need to build “Recommendation Workbench” feature similar to SAP ASPM(RCM recommendation process). Our customer uses on-premise S4 HANA system. Regarding the review and processing of these Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) recommendation activities, how do we integrate to generate work item in backend system which can reviewed by planner & implement these recommendation.
