Hope everyone is doing well. This is gonna be my first post in the community. Let me introduce a bit. Currently, I am working as a Graduate Technical Consultant. I have also completed the certification – “SAP Certified Associate – Backend Developer – SAP Cloud Application Programming Model”.
I was curious to know what are the skills that I can develop to become more productive as a team member. What are the pathways/guidelines I can follow ? The suggestion may include starting from a programming language to any resources/activities that I can use in the SAP community.
Another area I need to know more about is the SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central ) module. What are the topics/resources that I can learn/follow to understand the business logic better while working on a project as the backend developer?
