S/4HANA Cloud: requirements for deploying a collection to customer’s tenant.

Hi,
I mean exactly certifications, interactions with SAP support and so on. Its’ not about technical details. As I understand, this is the technical definition of the process of deploying collections to PROD tenant:
3-System Landscape and Transport Management 

For example, I (as a company) have DEV and TEST tenants. I’ve  created a collection of views, tested it on TEST tenant. Now I want to delver it to several PROD tenants of my customers. It’s for free, because purpose of the collection is interaction between SAP cloud and our application that customer has.

What is official process for this? Should I have some SAP certificate as SAP developer ( SAP Certifications  )? When I deploy my collection, should I pass some official steps, I mean interaction with SAP team?
I tried to find some how-to but I didn’t.
