How to send txt file to Non- SAP System via oData Service through ABAP Program

Hello Team,

We have requirement to read the txt file contents and send the same via OData service which should be called with payload via https to the endpoint. The same should be triggered within an ABAP Program.

Any help/pointers if someone has knowledge on this subject ?
