Need your support on processing recommendation data in SAP.
We have a customer who uses a third-party tool for Asset Performance Management (APM). This tool provides recommendation details back to SAP. We need to build an interface to collect this data from the SAP PO-External APM application and bring it into SAP. Once we have received these recommendations, we need to perform the SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workflow within SAP. Customer does not want to review the recommendation coming from ASPM third party tool, they want to implement those changes directly in SAP and that needs to automatic process.
For example – if the recommendation is to change the maintenance cycle from yearly to monthly, we need to build automatic process to update maintenance plan in SAP
Our customer uses on-premise S4 HANA system. Kindly provide your expert helps. thanks in advance
