Official Guide to Creating a Fiori Launchpad Plugin that can attach to any Standard Fiori App

I am looking to Build a UI Component (Plugin)  that on activation in Fiori Launchpad injects itself to the ObjectSection of the detials page of  Standard Fiori Apps OnPremise. 

I understand that I can Build an Adaptation App, This works where the I need to make this adaption for a few apps.
I am looking at using this new upload plugin on any Standard Fiori App.

What’s the Direction I should be looking at that’s in line with Fiori Guidelines
