I am a woman in tech, currently employed but feeling underpaid due to career breaks in my journey. I am eager to develop professionally and would like to participate in the Digital Skills Initiative to facilitate a job switch. With 11 years of experience in SAP ABAP (excluding two career breaks totaling over seven years), I am keen to upskill and pursue a path as a cloud solution architect. Obtaining certification in this field would be immensely beneficial.
