Data Entry in fields before generating document in Employee Central

Hi Champs, 

We want to generate HR documents eg statement of service etc from Employee Central for which we need to enter all classifications (including history), number of hours worked etc from SAP HCM (ECC6). 
Is there way to enter data in any of the screen so that when system generate document it can include that information also. 

Any suggestion/assistance will be highly appreciated.
