In VL02N, we are generating outbound IDOCs via output type. We skip particular kinds of materials and send the IDOC. This scenario works fine in the PRD system but not in the QA system. The QA system sends all the materials.
The configured function module is IDOC_INPUT_FINSTA, but it triggered IDOC_OUTPUT_DELVRY. it triggers the user exit EXIT_SAPLV56K_001 and EXIT_SAPLV56K_002 but there is no validation.
There is no option to regenerate the IDOC in the PRD system. Where should I check for the issue in the QA system?
