Hello, we have implemented JB1 to transfer Employee’s from SuccessFactors to S4Hana Public Cloud, at current it is working well, except it is creating user in Maintain Business User APP as well, we have been advised that you can stop this by using Workforce Person Change for JB1 (WFD_CHANGE_WFP_JB1) and removing the UserName.
We have tired to clear the UserName and empty the UserName and still we get this error.
Unable to process workforce person record
Business partner ID not found for workforce person 0156C132-EFC3-1EDT-B692-9C1FADAF207A with username_SAPSUPPORT.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated how to configure the BADI to stop the Business User from being created.
