We have an issue, a custom warning message that is being raised in the implementation of BADI SD_SLS_CHECK_ITEM (Key user extenisibility) is triggered both in the VA02 transaction and in the fiori apps Manages Sales Order BUT only in the fiori apps can we see the warning message being displayed at save.
I’ve checked for both triggers (VA02 – Manage Sales Orders), in both cases the parameter “messages” is populated with the custom message. It’s unclear to me why the message isn’t shown for the VA02 flow.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue in the past? How did you solve it.
NOTE: We trigger the BADI implementation successfully in both cases.
