We will soon be going live with S/4 Professional Services. We have a complex set of integrations going to & from SAP. Over the weekend prior to Go-Live, once the integrations are on, we are planning to run a set of transactions in Production to ensure the integration flows work as expected. We are currently thinking-thru the best approach for this i.e. postings on a dummy project OR identifying a live-project and making some (unreal) postings on it which can be reversed later.
Will be keen to you if other professional services firms would have done the same thing and if so, what approach was used to execute the tests?
