Hi All,
Currently i work as a business data analytics in payroll and i have a chance to work in some payroll transformation project that’ll involve me into the migration into Successfactors Employee Central. But i’m hesitant since i would prefer to do rather the FICO module due to my background (I have a Masters in accounting and audit).
Would it be more interesting to stick with Successfactors due to my functional knowledge of payroll or should i pass and wait for the opportunity to get FICO??
My goal has always been to be an expert in an SAP product in-house or consultant. But i’m afraid to jump on a product that’ll be obsolete / or without a huge need in the market.
