I was entrusted with the task of setting up SAP Sustainability Footprint Management and connecting it to an S/4HANA on Prem (2023). I followed the instructions in the documentation.

After working through the steps, I encountered the following problem. The production documents and the cost centers could not be imported due to an unknown error. Other entities, such as products, product groups, … could be imported completely and error-free. As a result, the CO2 footprint calculation could not be continued. A ticket at SAP provided me with the decisive clue.
Importing the following SAP Notes into S4 was able to fix the error.
