Dear All,
I am working with the IDOC interface for sales order ORDERS05. receiving the IDOC from Boomi and posting the IDOC to SAP.
The scenario sales order item change delete and add new items. if they delete 2 items and add 2 items to the existing sales order with ORDCHG. while updating sales order items no are getting overwritten. Because of this third party is not able to track the sales order items.
if they send items like 40,50,60 as new items but in SAP getting created like 10,20,30.. but if we create same scenario in manually in SAP, it is working fine.
let me know any has seen similar scenarios. Thank you
