Fields in FIORI / GUI – availability and description, tables

Hi guys, I’m wondering if some of you tried to search the name of the field and table for Fiori app ? I’m asking because I have two cases:

1. My client want to use mostly FIORI and I can’t reach some fields that are available in GUI – Action Box

1. In FIORI app F2023 – Report Malfunction is available field name “Effect”, is any possibility to find it in GUI?
