I am working in an automation for upload of bank statement files. The original idea was to get the automation provided by SAP (4×2) and adapt to run in a Virtual Machine in unattended mode.
Now, I have a simplified version of SAP’s automation. However, a specific element (Button) takes too much time to be recognized in activity “Wait Element”. It has been taken between 5 and 10 minutes to automation identify the element each time the activity is called. If I execute the automation in attended mode, it works.
I tried to deactivate this activity “Wait Element” and work with “Wait Screen” and “Wait Ready” but, in this scenario, the error occurs when the automation try to “click” in the button.
It seems that when the automation runs in unattended mode in the virtual machine, it can’t identify the button in a efficient way.
I have tried some options like change the recognition criteria or try others activies but with no success.
Any idea about how to proceed? Thanks
