New member introduction

Hello Everyone,

My name is Shanika Packard, and I’m excited to be a part of this SAP Learning Community! A
little about myself: I’m an experienced crisis response and mental health professional with a
passion for helping individuals navigate challenging situations. Over the years, I’ve worked in
various roles where I’ve developed strategies for crisis management, coordinated humanitarian
efforts, and collaborated with law enforcement to ensure the safety and well-being of those in
need. Currently, I’m working as an Enrollment Counselor at my alma mater University of
Phoenix, where I help students enroll in degree programs and support their individual
personalized student plans. My background also includes experience as a Mental Health Case
Manager and Technician, where I focused on providing care, managing treatment plans, and
leading therapeutic groups. I’m now pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
to further my ability to support others and make a positive impact in the mental health field

I’m currently working towards my SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP
S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition with the Vower learning group, and I’m really looking forward to
expanding my knowledge in Healthcare andor Pharmaceuticals

I’m particularly excited about obtaining this certification because it opens doors for significant
career growth and positions me at the forefront of digital transformation. Also, this certification
equips me with the tools to help healthcare organizations implement streamlined processes,
improve efficiency, and stay competitive in today’s fast-paced business environment. Plus, it
aligns perfectly with my desire to continue to work in the healthcare industry.

I’m also open to connecting with others who are interested in healthcare, particularly in how
technology and business transformation can improve patient care, operational efficiency, and
regulatory compliance. I’m eager to explore how SAP S/4HANA can be leveraged in the
healthcare industry to drive innovation and streamline processes.
Looking forward to learning and growing with all of you!

Best regards,
Shanika Packard
