My name is S’Maria Gray, and I’m excited to be a part of this SAP Learning Community!
I am currently a business development consultant that focuses on marketing strategy and UX research. I’ve enjoyed helping businesses create more efficient, user-centered systems and connect with their consumers to build community and communicate their business and product values. This experience has fueled my interest in how technology, like SAP, can be leveraged to optimize business processes and enhance strategic decision-making, particularly in understanding and serving user needs more effectively.
I’m currently working towards my SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition with the Vower learning group. Being new to this arena, I’m really looking forward to expanding my knowledge in customer experience (CX), marketing and supply chain has peaked my interest as well. These areas will allow me to improve how businesses interact with their customers, optimize their sales processes, and streamline operations.
I love learning new things and adding value to my tool belt. I believe this certification will help me grow professionally and provide new and impactful experiences that will help me bring meaningful improvements to organizations.
