Hello Everyone,
I am new using SAP MMC and looking for a way to let old Alerts go on our SAP ME server instances. All I got so far is when I right click on “Open Alerts” I get a popup window listing all the Open Alerts, which is fine. There I can see an Acknowledge button to ack these Alerts but the button is greyed out even if I select an alert.
We are in 2024, so a Packets_In or a Failed To Start from 2022 should not be an issue by now (after several restarts).
I’d assume this button might be a question of authorisation but we could not find where this can be set.
Any input is appreciated. Thank you!
