Getting a blank screen when clicking on Joule Icon

Getting a blank screen when clicking on Joule Icon

 

1. We have enabled Joule and I can see the Joule Icon when logging in to SuccessFactors 

2. Upon clicking on the Joule Icon, I see a Blank Screen – white screen and I dont see the Joule screen opening for me to interact / ask questions
