Trouble getting extracted line items to show in an approval form

Hi everyone!

I’m learning to use  and I have extracted information from an invoice. I want to trigger a flow to approve the extracted information but the best I have achieved so far is to display the first line item or the line items combined into one.

I am trying to get all the extracted line items shown so they can be approved. 

When I print the log of the value list it seems it is adding the items correctly to the list. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
