Additional Configuration Updates

  • Configure process templates:  As of release 2505, the process templates that are marked as default and that are delivered on the SAP Templates tab in the Configure Process Templates app will no longer have an entry in the column BTP Step WorkflowTherefore, no step workflow will be initiated if you still use default SAP templates. You can follow the instructions to copy the provided SAP templates to custom templates. For more information, see Configure Process Templates.
  • Mandatory configuration of mail destination: As of release 2505, it is mandatory to configure a workflow capability mail destination if you want to use the predefined workflow definitions to send notification mails to users.
