今回は弊社の拡張開発基盤であるSAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) の活用法を紹介する第二弾のブログです。第一弾の固定資産の棚卸をサポートするシナリオについてもこちらでご紹介しておりますので、併せてご参照ください。今回のブログは、事業会社の業革のプロジェクトメンバーの方やIT部門の皆様、あるいはSAPの導入に携わるITコンサルタントの皆様に向けて業務視点でのSAP BTP活用のメリットをお伝えする目的で作成しています。 もくじ 1. BPマスター登録におけるBTP活用シナリオのご紹介 SAP Business Technology Platformのご活用提案に関するブログの第二弾です。SAP BTPを活用することで、どのように効率的な業務を行うことができるのか、一例をご紹介する目的で本ブログを作成しました。今回ご紹介させていただくSAP BTP活用シナリオはSAP S/4HANAでの取引先マスター登録の効率化シナリオです。SAP S/4HANAの取引先マスターはBP（Business Partner）マスターと呼ばれるため、以下からはBPマスターと表記します。SAP BTPを活用することで、従来メールベースでやり取りをしていることの多い、新規取引先登録に際しての部門間の承認プロセスをシステム上で管理できるようなシナリオです。具体的にどのようなプロセスなのか、確認してみます。 ※それぞれの場面で出てくるワークフロー・RPAなどのツールは、要件に合わせて自由に定義できるものになっていますので、あくまでサンプルとしてのご紹介です。 2. SAP BTPがBPマスター登録業務にもたらす価値とは 今回のシナリオの取引先マスターの登録に関して、SAP S/4HANAの標準機能でできることは、 ①承認プロセスが終わって内容が確定した後の取引先の情報をマスター登録する ②基本契約書などの文書もBPマスターに紐づけて登録する の二点です。 今回のシナリオは以下のようなニーズに対応しています。 ①マスター登録の件数が多く、マニュアル作業の効率化を行いたい BPマスター登録に特化した承認プロセス管理プロセスを作ることで、 システムに登録を進めている取引先を一元的に管理できます。 ②二重マスター登録を行っていないかのチェックを行いたい →国税庁の定める各法人に割り振られた法人番号を登録時に入力することで、 一意の取引先を認識できる仕組みで取引先の二重登録を防止することができます。 ③プロセスをしっかり管理して、承認前に売掛金を計上しないようにしたい →基本契約申請の承認プロセスが完了してからマスター登録ができる設計にすることで、 承認前の売掛金計上を防ぐことが可能です。 ④業務効率化は行いたいが、現場の声もあり既存の取引先承認プロセスを大幅に変えたくない →現場の声を尊重した業務プロセスを設計することが可能です。 マスター登録にあたり、エクセルテンプレートを使ったメールを介したやり取りができるような仕様にしました。 ⑤マスター登録の承認プロセスを管理したい →エクセルや紙ベースでの承認のやり取りだと、承認状況が見えにくい課題があります。 …
