はじめに  本ブログは2023年度の「SAPジャパン パートナー様向け SAP Buildハッカソン」インタビュー記事第1弾です。 「SAPジャパンパートナー様向け SAP Buildハッカソン」は、SAPパートナーを対象としたハッカソンイベントです。変化が激しい時代の中で求められる企業の業務効率化・開発の迅速化・回復力を実現するために、SAPが提供しているSAP Build (※)を用いたソリューションの開発を行い、発想の新規性や実現性などを競い合います。今年は、「SAPユーザーの業務を自動化・効率化するソリューション」という出題に対して、29社37チームと数多くの応募があり、その中で、1次選考を通過したファイナリスト6組が、2023年6月23日（金）の発表イベントにて最終選考を行いました。 ※ SAP Buildは、SAP Business Technology Platform （以下、BTP）のサービスの一部として提供されています。ERPが直接カバーできない領域を補い、普段、業務を担当しているビジネスユーザーでも開発することができるローコード・ノーコード開発ツールです。 今回は、座談会の第１弾としてファイナリストからアビームコンサルティング株式会社(以下、アビーム)、FPTソフトウェアジャパン株式会社（以下、FPT）、PwCコンサルティング合同会社（以下、PwC）（五十音順）より代表者3名にお越しいただき、お話を伺いました。   チーム紹介 アビームコンサルティング株式会社 （左の写真前列左から）網岡氏、小檜山氏、山田氏、（後列左から）有馬氏、津田氏、川嶋氏、彭氏、桐畑氏の8名で構成されたチーム。 座談会には8名チームのうち、（右の写真左から）有馬氏、小檜山氏、山田氏が参加。 HCMのコンサルティング部署のメンバーで構成されたチームであり、SAPコンサル歴2年/BTP歴0年の山田氏から、SAPコンサル歴10年の小檜山氏、SAPコンサル歴28年・BTPの前身にあたるSAP HANA Cloud Platformの経験がある有馬氏まで、多様なメンバーが参画。   FPTソフトウェアジャパン株式会社 （左の写真後列の左から）​HUNG氏、VAN氏、応援に来た同僚、GIAP氏、​CHAU氏、THU​氏、（前列左から）QUYNH​氏 ​CUONG氏、XUYEN​ 氏、応援に来た同僚の8名から構成されたチーム。 座談会には、8名チームのうち、（右の写真左から） QUYNH氏 、XUYEN氏、CHAU氏が参加。 3名とも、同じチームでBTP開発プロジェクトに従事されており、SAPコンサル歴は10年・3年・1年と多様。   PwCコンサルティング合同会社 （左の写真左上端から）岩田氏、仲山氏、陳（登）​氏、孟氏、（中央部左から）大塚氏、陳（子佩​）氏、荒賀氏 の7名で構成されたチーム。 座談会には、7名チームのうち、同じエンタープライズトランスフォーメーション部に所属している（右の写真左から）陳氏、荒賀氏、大塚氏が参加。 SAPコンサル歴は5から17年までと多様であるが、BTP歴は3名とも3年ほど。   インタビュー内容  今回のハッカソンへの参加のきっかけについてお聞かせください。 小檜山氏（アビーム）：1つ目は、“チーム内でのコミュニケーションの促進”です。技術に興味のある若手同士や若手と中堅が関わる機会になればと思っていました。2つ目は、 “部署の技術レベルを高めていくこと” です。最近は、コーディングに取り組むことを避ける若手が多くなってきています。なので、ABAP開発やJavaを触るよりも、比較的簡単に取り組むことができるSAPのローコード・ノーコードツールを触って、「面白い！」と感じて欲しいと思っていました。 Chau氏 (FPT) ：社内に最新の技術を勉強する文化があって、SAP Buildのローコード・ノーコードツールが話題になっていました。今回のハッカソンは、新人として新しい領域にチャレンジできる機会だと思い、メンバーとして参加しました。 荒賀氏 (PwC) ：普段業務でBTPを触っている中で、SAP Buildなどのローコード・ノーコードツールは今後の開発の主流になっていくのではないかと感じました。そこで、SAPの方々と密に連携して、これから期待される技術を活かしてものを作っていくことができるこの機会は、非常に興味深いと思い参加しました。 参加してみて、楽しく多くの方と協力しながらできたのは非常にいい経験でした。   …
