Which information do employees want to use to present themselves and their unique “brand” to the rest of the organization? How can I find colleagues that can help with my current projects, or whom I myself can help? How can I as a manager take all relevant information into account when taking decisions that will affect my direct reports, without being overwhelmed by all of the information available to me?
These are some of the questions we are exploring as we begin to rethink the People Profile.
We are beginning explorations and design work now, and would like to establish a Design Advisory Group that will accompany this work:
- giving feedback to concepts and design
- discussing details of your use cases to drive requirements
- validating our implementation plans
- providing feedback on design and roadmap prioritization
We plan to kick off the Design Advisory Group in October 2023. And we hope you are interested!
Why should you participate?
Your feedback can have an impact on the design and development of the product, and you can extend your business network with both SAP product managers and peers. You will get an early perspective on what you can expect to see when the reimagined People Profile becomes generally available.
Our SAP SuccessFactors Design Advisors programs are meant to give you the opportunity to provide direct feedback to our product management teams on ongoing design and development. SAP SuccessFactors’ objectives include having a qualified, consistent pool of customers who are committed to share their candid feedback in both individual and group settings in a series of conversations that span the development lifecycle. The programs aren’t meant to be roadmap reviews or product support sessions but focus on the evolution of our solutions.
Prerequisites
If you would like to participate in this program, you should meet the following prerequisites:
- Your organization is live on (or currently implementing) Employee Central
- Your organization will need to have a Feedback Agreement in place with SAP. Read here for more information on Feedback Agreements – what they are, why they are needed, and how we can help you to get one in place if needed.
- We request your commitment to work with us for a minimum of one year, so that we can have continuity throughout our extended development timeframe.
- We expect to hold meetings for 1-2 hours at a time, about once every two months. However, this may vary over time, depending on the state of the program.
- We are seeking participants who have functional and business knowledge – stakeholders from HR and IT who manage relevant HR processes.
In short: if you are interested in how we help organizations manage and use employee information, and want to help us shape that future, please send apply to our program by sending us a short email.
