SAPジャパン パートナー様向け SAP Buildハッカソン　最優秀賞受賞個別インタビュー

はじめに  本ブログは2023年度の「SAPジャパン パートナー様向け SAP Buildハッカソン」にて、最優秀賞を受賞されたアビームコンサルティング株式会社の個別インタビュー記事（シリーズ第3弾）です。 「SAPジャパンパートナー様向け SAP Buildハッカソン」は、SAPパートナーを対象としたハッカソンイベントです。変化が激しい時代の中で求められる企業の業務効率化・開発の迅速化・回復力を実現するために、SAPが提供しているSAP Build (※)を用いたソリューションの開発を行い、発想の新規性や実現性などを競い合います。今年は、「SAPユーザーの業務を自動化・効率化するソリューション」という出題に対して、29社37チームと数多くの応募があり、その中で、1次選考を通過したファイナリスト6組が、2023年6月23日（金）の発表イベントにて最終選考を行いました。 ※ SAP Buildは、SAP Business Technology Platform （以下、BTP）のサービスの一部として提供されています。ERPが直接カバーできない領域を補い、普段、業務を担当しているビジネスユーザーでも開発することができるローコード・ノーコード 開発ツールです。 今回は、ライフイベントごとに発生する必要な手続きをワンストップで申請・承認できるアプリケーションを開発し、最優秀賞を受賞されたアビームコンサルティング株式会社の方々にお越しいただき、お話を伺いました。 （前列左から）網岡氏、小檜山氏、山田氏、（後列左から）有馬氏、津田氏、川嶋氏、彭氏、 桐畑氏   インタビュー参加者 小檜山氏（マネージャー）：エンタープライズトランスフォーメーションビジネスユニットデジタルプロセス＆イノベーショングループ　HCMセクターにて、総合商社向けにグローバルタレントマネジメントシステムの導入および構想策定に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、チームリードを担当。BTP の前身にあたるSAP Cloud Platform (以下、SCP)での開発プロジェクト参画経験あり。 有馬氏（シニアエキスパート）：同セクターの技術的なCoEとして各プロジェクトの技術的支援に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、環境構築・技術面でのサポートを担当。BTP・SCPの前身にあたるSAP HANA Cloud Platformの経験あり。 網岡氏（シニアコンサルタント）：同セクターにて、エンジニアリング会社向けにタレントマネジメントシステムをはじめとしたITによる実現構想および実現支援に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、作成物レビューを担当。BTP の前身にあたるSCPで開発プロジェクト参画経験あり。 川嶋氏（シニアスペシャリスト）：同セクターにて、総合商社向けにSAP SuccessFactorsの導入支援に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、SAP Build Apps/SAP Build Process Automationの両方の実装を担当。BTP の前身にあたるSCPでアプリケーションの設計の経験あり。 桐畑氏（コンサルタント）：同セクターにて、大手飲食チェーン向けにSAP SuccessFactorsの導入支援および保守に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、SAP Build Appsの実装を担当。また、BTPに触れるのは今回が初めて。 津田氏（コンサルタント）：同セクターにて、総合商社向けにSAP SuccessFactorsの導入に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、SAP Build Appsの実装を担当。また、BTPに触れるのは今回が初めて。 山田氏（コンサルタント）：同セクターにて、SAP SuccessFactorsの導入支援および導入構想策定に従事。今回のハッカソンでは、SAP Build Appsの実装を担当。また、BTPに触れるのは今回が初めて。 彭氏（コンサルタント）：同セクターにて、SAP …
